Right of return and cancellation

In accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as an e-commerce customer have 14 days right to cancel the purchase. The deadline applies from the day you received your goods. Return shipping in case of cancellation must be paid for by the customer. In case of regret, please contact us before returning so that we can resolve practical details such as return address, refund, etc.

ATTENTION! The right of return does not cover cut or made-to-measure goods.

Conditions for canopy manufacturing

In the case of canopies that are specially made for your particular boat, this purchase is exempt from the distance and home sales law. We enter into an agreement that is preceded by a clear quotation with all terms. This purchase does not automatically grant a 14-day right of withdrawal.
